Resecuring loose wires in 2 bathrooms. Replacing 4 old work style boxes with 4 new constrcution boxes. Resecuring bath fan. Repairing and relocating damaged outlet in electric room. All work will be done on the 1st floor in the common hallway.

To change occupancy on 7th floor from office space to 4 residential units. The work being done will be to convert the spaces into residential units. The remaining occupancys on floor 1 to 6 will remain the same as is.

Minor remodel to vacant first floor space to include minor electrical and plumbing work to convert the space from former retail and add a subway sandwich shop restaurant with take-out (37 &; 36a).

Install data and voice cable tv for 7 new residential apartment units on the 6th floor of 153 milk st.

Emergency repair: replace defective fire panel. Existing fire panel became defective during inspection w/boston fire dept. Facp was obsolete & repair parts are no longer made or available.

Remove loose brick clean & replace brick. Remove and patch cast stone remove loose coatings coat the horizontal surface cut and repoint brick arches. Optional-replace wood trimn with azek. Add copper flashing to cover wood blocking. At corner cut and caulk vertical joint between face brick and red brick.
