My copy of a survey has been reduced and is no longer to scale. Appears existing carport is too close to property boundary line to be enclosed. Can not approve the creation of habitable space if said carport encroaches within setback. Site plan does not show deck, stairs or carport extension. Also appears property owner may have constructed a new driveway, parking spaces, and detached accessory building in rear bottom drive without the benefit of a permit. Ownership of pin # 9607. 12-96-7595. 0 where several parking spaces were created is also a question.
