2 acre (approx) legal building lot. This determination supercedes a previous determination about this property on may 21, 2004. At that time, the applicant submitted a copy of the resolution passed because of se-99-01. That resolution was dated april 20th, 1999. It had post approval requirements that were to be completed within 6 months. The new deeds were not recorded until february 23, 2001 - well after the 6 month limit. This is what the first determination was based upon. After the applicant received notice of the unbuildable lot status, she submitted a copy of the cover letter for the subdivision exemption (not linked together in the lu dept files) that was signed by mike ryder on february 23, 2001 - this action would have allowed them the time extension. After discussing this with graham billingsley and barbara andrews, it was decided that we would recognize the lot.
