Perform engineering and other exploratory studies as warranted by field conditions to assess extent of fire damage and ascertain what repairs are necessary to restore building to a usable condition. Permanent repairs are to be applied for under separate application once the necessary repairs are ascertained. This application is being filed to remedy violations numbers v181856 and v184077.
