Adding roof over existing porch and enclosing:; existing home located in rs-8 district. Lot is considered a corner lot. Corner lot means a lot abutting on and at the intersection of two or more streets. Property fronts on white ash dr. Front setback shall be a minimum setback requiring at least fifteen feet (15?). The second street side of the corner lot, rosebay ln, shall have a setback requirement of percent of the front setback requirement. Therefore, rosebay ln will be required to have a minimum street side setback requiring at least seven and half feet (7 1/2 setback). The building permit is required to be posted at the jobsite at all times. Failure to post approved permits & plans at site is a fine, fine must be paid before next inspection is requested.
