For the erection of a fourth-story addition to an existing three-story attached structure. Also for level iii alterations to fit-out the second-fourth floors four six (6) total dwelling units. Work includes foundation additions, interior non-bearing partitions, exterior egress stair, storefront modifications. Building is fully sprinklered. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression system. All asbestos to be removed prior to commencement of work.

Replace roof and floor systems to stabilize existing fire damage vacant building ( formerly a restaurant at 2835-37 w. Girard ave. 1st floor and two 2 family dwellings upper floors ) fur inside of permiter walls and stucco exterior walls. No new partitions.
