We are replacing an existing damaged concrete entry way located on pilings on the north side of the pier. The concrete pad is approx. 23wide and extends 68 to the west. We will be excavating a 428 sq ft asphalt section at the west end of the concrete pad. We will be pulling and replacing the underlying decking as deemed necessary upon inspection after concrete excavation complete. After decking completed we will be pouring a new concrete pad in two construction phases.
