New telecommunication antennas to be added to the roof of the building. Antennas will be concealed behind a stealth wall. Cabinets and needed equipment will be concealed in a storage room located in the properties underground garage.

Renovation of 68 hotel rooms and suites. Work is primarily finish replacement with limited relocation of plumbing and electrical. 4 ada room conversions. Finish replacement in corridors.

Exterior waterproofing

Four borings will be advanced within the interior basement of the building at 28 pennsylvania ave nw for the purpose of collecting soils for environmental analysis. The borings will be 5 feet deep and drilled by geoprobe. All drill spoils will be containerized, sampled and lab tested for proper disposal. All borings will be excavated, and abandoned the same day. The boring will be backfilled from the bottom up using a bentonite grout, 2 lbs. Bentonite to 1 gallon water. Drill spoils will not be used to backfill the boring.

Four seasons hotel dc guestroom and corridor renovation. Interior renovation and demolition to existing hotel the east wings 2nd through 6th floor, guestrooms and guest corridors. Upgrades include new finishes, casework, new and relocated light fixtures, power, and data. Existing ada compliant rooms are also updated as a part of this renovation.
