Change of occupancy, uses. Vacant commercial requires additional fit outs future permits. Prefab wood box stairs require additional permit prior to installation and finalizing co. Additional permits req: electrical, plumbing, hvac, sprinklers & s. Pipes.

For the change of use of the existing structure to multi-family household living (fifty-one (51) dwelling units), business and professional office, and a prepared food shop. No change in height area of structure. For the creation of an accessory, surface parking lot with twenty-six (26) parking spaces (including two (2) accessible spaces, (1) accessible space to be van accessible).
