Pjk hey pam we have received several complaints in regards to the vacant properties at 275 & 281 hazel mill rd due to vagrants migrating to the properties. I visited the structures today and both are unsecure. 275 appears to be better structurally but still has several leaks, a room designated for urine and fecal matter, and holes within the floor. 281 has several holes in the flooring and the ceiling is falling out in several rooms.
