Basement: mechanicals and accessory storage, 1-2 floor: galleries and offices fpr non-profit institution, 3rd floor: music arts instruction and offices for non-profit institution. Erection of new concrete access ramp amd canopy as per attached plans

Interior exterior alterations and interior demo basement through 3rd floors, fit out, structural work and modifications, construct new elevator shaft, new roof, windows, masonry repairs. 2nd 3rd floor access will be restricted and no occupancy as per department regulations(egress issue will be resolved at a later date and future co permit will be necessary for 2nd & 3rd floor occupancy). Level 2 alts, change in use classification. Sprinklers are not required for 1st floor occupancy only at this time, but will be required for the future 2nd and 3rd floor assembly occupancy.

Amendment to prior permit #238632 for revised elevator shaft construction and elevator mechanical room construction, as per submitted plans. Affidavit restricted use still in effect.

Removal of canopy approved on previous permit. Erection of one accessory flat wall sign and creation of gallery with existing office for non-profit organization on the 2nd floor with existing office for non-profit organization and gallery on 1st floor. Existing office for non-profit organization and instruction in music and art on 3rd floor.
