Amend building permit # 4170 to reflect a modified foundation system (mat raft in place of spread footings) and basement crawl space walls (reinforced concrete in place of cmu) per engineers plans as a result of field conditiions encountered during excavation. No other changes to previously approved construction. Special inspection report(s) shall be furnished to field inspector.
