I am adding 5 sq ft of new living space on to the existing home and and new two car garage in place of the old garage and covered patio. I will demo the existing covered patio and garage. The existing home is crawl space and garage is slab on grade. I will connect on to the existing home foundation crawl space and build new for the living space and garage. The existing home is one level and will stay one level. The entire home will be remodeled and brought up to code. I have talked to planning department and all of the setback are met. I am not encroaching on east south or west more than the current home is currently except the north with the new garage and it still has a 12 foot side yard.
