Project includes renovation of kitchen and public servery at second floor of cook county criminal courts administration building. Entire kitchen and servery will receive new waterproofing system and new food service equipment. Demolition and new plumbing work will be performed below second floor and above public lobby. After new plumbing new ceiling system will be installed and directional signage will be placed.

Repair and restoration of exterior walls as per plans

C-7472 - raceway installation for wide area network.

Erect (2) two skyclimbers - swing stage for facade repairs from 4 7 09 to 4 7 09. Scaffold will be shifted around perimeter of building.

Remove and replace roof same as existing. No structural work.

Replaces ballasts and bulbs throughout building on all 17 floors which include basement, sub-basement and penthouse.

Criminal courts administration building:scope of work install 279 new video camera and recording systems within the existing criminal courts building & criminal courts administration building and connect to existing electrical panels. Stories 1 floor (plus basement, mezzanine areas)

Install a new 15 ton cooling only self-contained roof top unit and two 3. 3 kw electric unit heaters to serve the penthouse elevator machine room (elevators 14 to 19 and 22). Install a new 2 ton cooling only split system and one 3. 3 kw electric unit heater to serve elevator 23 machine room. Per plans
