Property is configured as a duplex (two separate entrances under one roof with a separating wall) and used as a rooming house. There are three discrete living quarters on each side of the duplex. The north side suffered significant fire and smoke damage. The only structural damage appears to be the shared back porch framing and three roof joists cut by the fd on the north side. The south side suffered minor smoke and water damage only. Per conversation with les koch, this permit would be only be for demolition of the interior of the north side in order to assess the scope of work required prior to issuance of a building permit.
