For the installation of an automatic fire suppression system throughout a three-story mixed-use structure in accordance with nfpa 13 & 13r standards. System to be provided via a 2" fire service main line and equipped with a backflow prevention assembly.

For the erection of a one (1) story additon above two (2) story portion, roof deck & associated rooftop access structure, & for interior alterations w. No change in occupancy classification throughout an existing three (3) story mixed-use building to include the erection of interior partitions for toilet room, bedroom, & living room spaces, enclosure of stairway w. Fire rated construction, erection of new wood & concrete stairs, installation of new fenestration units, & erection of new steel & pre-engineered wood joist framing; building to be fully sprinklered.

Ez standard kitchen fire suppression- for the installation of new wet chemical kitchen hood fire suppression system as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

Install light fixtures, switches, wall outlets,1 a c condenser,2 ceiling fans,2 exit lights and 4 wall pack unit em per 2008 nec (mixed use)cc district

Replace 1. 5 inch water service-pa1#20161250583-"self-certifications are no longer permitted" - "all excavations and plumbing trenches in excess of 5 feet in depth must have approved shoring in place at the time of inspection"

Install one 8 hood, exhaust fan, supply air fan ductwork and curb for the installation of a 8-0" kitchen exhaust hood system to include exhaust fan, associated ductwork, and make-up air supply fans. Separate permits to be required for kitchen fire suppression system installation.

Replace curb trap and reconnect to existing pipe pa201303526

Partial change in use and occupancy classification on the 1st floor level. Level ii interior alterations as per approved plans. Separate permit required for any mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work.

Alteration: interior plumbing for a mixed use, 3-story building with a bar restaurant on the 1st floor and (1) dwelling unit on the 2nd & 3rd floors. The installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004.

Install (4) hvac systems with ductwork (mixed-use)

50-wall outlet, 45-sw, 2-ac disconnect, 60-lgt fix, 60,150,200amp pnl & breakers 3-gang meter serv & grounding as per nec 2008 & install fire alarm 8-horns, 3-pull station, 7-smokes & tamper & flow sw as per nfpa 72
