For a complete change of occupancy classification to create a motor-vehicle repair garage within existing one (1) story above grade plane building & for level iii alterations to include roof framing & covering replacement repair, structural work at existing masonry walls, partition walls for office receptions areas, installation of exterior accessible ramp & entry stairs & finish work; building to be fully sprinklered. Separate permit reqd for paint booth installation, signage work, & any mechanical, electrical, plumbing & fire suppression work.

Alterations: interior; plumbing installation for a motor-vehicle repair garage - the installation will compy with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004.

Installation of an automatic fire suppressions system in accordance with nfpa 13 in one (1) story buidling to include new backflow prevention assembly and new 2-inch fire service line as per approved plans.

Hvac work for vehicle repair facility to include terminal devices, rooftop unit & all associated ductwork. Separate permit reqd for any electrical work. See building permit# 6937 for original application for building permit.
