Renovations per architectural committee approval 01 10 14 and per materials stamped vcc approved 02 03 17, including:remove and rebuild rear, orleans side wall of main building. Retain three (3) existing six-over-six double hung windows, to be reinstalled as indicated. Install three (3) sets of new, three lite french doors with 3" transom bar and 12" transom, to match existing transom on st. Ann elevation. Replace upper sashes of windows on st. Ann elevation (two six-over-six sashes, one four-over-four), as indicated. On burgundy elevation, fix window and shutters (labled e13) in place as indicated. Remove existing orleans-side dormer and install new dormer with 6 12 roof slope and weatherboard cheek walls. Reuse existing six-over-six window sashes, and patch roof to match existing slate. Install new stucco steps, wood weatherboards, and new skirt to match exisitng on orleans elevation. Install four (4) new zosi dome cameras under soffit as indicated, paint to match adjacent surface.

Utility (entergy gas) work required to convert customer onto new high pressure gas lines being installed with city reconstruction project. A gas service line will be installed from sidewalk base and elbow into building for gas supply.
