Structure built using ibc 504. 3 & 5 special provisions - requiring stair pressurization. This permit also includes tenant improvement work in the i-a podium building below.

Sfs will install one electric fire pump (400gpm @65psi). The systems will be installed per nfpa 14 (2010) and per the city of redmond.
