Construction of fire escape as per plans

Amend existing electrical permit #453822 to show the correct address of the work site (branzino restaurant)

No change in use and occupancy classification. Level iii interior alterations to include fit-out for twelve (12) dwelling units. No certificate of occupancy on this permit. Separate certificate of occupancy required: contingent upon replacement repair of fire escape. Asbestos abatement required prior to commencement of work. All four (4) dwelling units on the 3rd floor level are required to be type b dwelling units. Separate permit required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work. All work to be in accordance with historical commission approval.

For the installation of twenty-four (24) ductless mini-split systems and all associated compressors throughout a mixed-use structure.

Install service greater than 400amp, lights, power branch circuits, light fixtures to 12 apartmens on 2nd to 4th floor, ct cabinet for 1st fl service as per 2008 nec.(cc district) install fire alarm system as per nfpa72

New lights and receptacles for dining room lights and receptacles for stairway to new basement bathrooms, extend existing smoke detectors, hard wired, all as per 2008 nec (cc dist)

Installation of fire suppression system,fdc, 2" service line, as per plans and calcs.

All new fire alarm system as per nfpa72 (cc district)

1 amp service, all new electrical installation as required by 2008 nec, (cc dist)

Install new wet chemical fire supression system with thirty (30) flow points for the 19-0" kitchen hood and nine (9) flow points for the 10-0" kitchen hood in accordance with nfpa 17a, see application #437623 for kitchen hood approval.

Installation of a 19- 0" & 10-0" kitchen hood part of commercial cooking exhaust system with associated ductwork and exhaust fan.

Install 2 amp 120 2 temporary service with 12 light fixtures and 16 gfi receptacles. As per 2008 nec.

Cleaning and repair brick on rear facade.

Relocation of fire sprinklers to suit layout and comply with spacing requirements.

Partial change of occupancy classification to convert basement to kitchen & storage & level 2 alterations thru-out bsmt & 1st flr levels for renovations to existing restaurant including enclosure of stairs, insulation & wall covering install, & all other work per approved plans; building is fully sprinklered. Separate permit reqd for any mech., elec., plumb., & firesupp work.

Installation of lighting, power branch circuits and lightings fixtures to restaurant and kitchen on first floor and basement. All wiring as per nec 2008 (mixed use) cc district installation of fire alarm system per nfpa 72

Alteration: interior plumbing for the fit-out of (12) dwelling units on floors 2 through 4, in a 4-story mixed-use building. The installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code, 2004. The existing restaurant which occupies the 1st floor & basement, is not part of this permit. Plastic pipe materials are not allowed per code section p-902. 5 & p-1102. 3.

Ez interior demolition- for the interior demolition of non load-bearing partition walls and ceilings as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

Install new 4" sanitary to new fix to include 1 wc, 1 lav, 2 hs, 2 fs, 1 prep sink, 1 trench drain, 7 floor drains and tie sanitary into existing 6" stack. Relocate old fix to basement. Install powder room. Relocate hs in basement(mixed use)

Installation of 3 water closets,4 lavs, 1 urinal, (1) 3-compartment sink,(1) prep sink, (1) hand wash sink, (1) dishwasher, (1) floor drain

Install 1 gas heater in basement to accommodate 1st floor restaurant, along with 2,0 cfm ductwork. Also install 1 hvac unit on 2nd floor for dwelling unit. Two 5 ton condensor units to be placed on existing roor dunage. Maintain all fire rated aseemblies. All pentrations to be fire rated.

Installation of (1) water closet, (1) lav, (1)shower, (1) kitchen sink, 1) laundry port
