For the erection of a five (5) story structure with parking garage, lobby, bicycle parking and trash area on the first floor, twenty (20) apartments on floors two through five and a fifth-story roof deck. To be provided with twelve (12) accessory parking spaces. Building to be fully sprinklered in accordance with nfpa 13. Separate permits required for electrical, hvac, plumbing and fire suppression systems.

Structural alterations as shown on drawings

For the installation of a new mechanical system to include roof top units, air handling units, registers diffusers with associated ductwork, and all other work as per approved plans. All work shall be in accordance with approved plans and all supplemental documents.

Install new 8" house trap & lateral ( apt bldg need to add lateral on permit when plans are ready for pickup

Wire apts,new 1000amp service and new fire alarm per 2008 nec & nfpa 72(apt bldg)

Roughin in water & waste piping to fixtures 20-wc, 20-lavs, 20-ks, 16-tubs, 4-showers, 20fd, 20-wash machine new water service & new sewer ( apt bldg) need to add lateral and water service on permit when plans are ready for pickup

Installation of a new sprinkler system throughout the five story building with a roofdeck in accordance with nfpa 13 system and for the installation of a new fire pump within the adjacent building on the same lot as per plans.
