Erect (3) altrex modular swing scaffold. From 8 10 10 to 8 10 11.

North elevation, repair replace 484 linear ft. Lintel restoration, repair replace bricks at various locations only, no other work, no structural work. Grinding as needed.

Modernize west gararge bi-parting doors on 4-stop automotive hydraulic frieght elevator; furnish and install new door panels,tracks,operators w motors,interlocks,interlock roller arms,chain rods,limit switches, guide shoes,retiring cam,door control,and all hardware for 4 openings. Also install a new car gate w panels,tracks,operator,motor,guide shoes,gate weightshoes,gate chain,gate contact,and reversing edge. Pursuant to scope of work submitted.

Replace cylinder on 4-stop east garage car pursuant to plans submitted and subject to inspection by dob elevator bureau.

Installation of new traveling cables for life safety speakers on (2) 23-stop, passenger elevators (east & west cars). (ev001582)

Install 3 new tr gfci outlets, update 4outlets, install 4 under cabeinet lights, update panel box

Power for new condensing unit and indoor blowing unit in existing parking garage for exising fitness center.

Install one carrier 3 ton supplemental split system, air cooled, r410a, located in the parking garage. The split system serves the fitness center.

Life safety upgrades

A2 occupancy (164) units - residentail condos high rise bldg modifications to building for "life safety evaluation" compliance to include fire doors for public areas - storage rooms - seal up fire stairs-replaced mechanicals as per plans
