Install one 2. 5 ton air handler on the third floor and one 2. 5 air handler in the basement of a sfd. No other work allowed on this permit. Condensors to be located on the roof; not visible from the street. Applicant agrees to limit construction to comply with ez permit standard dated february, 2007. Deviation from this standard will result in the revocation of this permit and the imposition of further penalties.

Install 200a service, proper grounding and re wire entire house as per 2005 nec (south district)

House drain, house trap and fresh air inlet, lateral, water distribution

Remove replace shingles with year fiberglass shingles. Install rubber membrane at gutter areas and flats. Install lb. Asphalt base sheet to entire roof. In stall copper drain liners (3). For rear lower roof, install new facial board at eave. Install new aluminum facial board covers and k gutter with 4" downspouts. Front proch roof install new copper drain flange and new aluminum drip edge.
