Received complaint by phone from neighbor concerned about adjacent house; currently in foreclosure and unoccupied; trees on property as posing hazard to his home next door; yard is overgrown; possible mold issues and structural issues; broken basement windows; contact gary carter at 704-redacted phone number with any questions;rlh; june 18, 2013 1:56:09 pm pamk. I went on a follow up inspection on the address above. There are no changes to the condition of the property, except that the grass is taller and the poison ivy bigger.
