Furnish and install one new sidewalk freight elevator as per plans ( this permit is in conjunction with permit#100218215)

Replace existing sidewalk lift.

Erect 1 altrexmodular platform power climber pc-1 hoists from 07 28 2008 to 07 28 2009.

Provide an overlay upgrade for firemans service on three(3) 2-18 floors, 1-19 floors passenger traction elevators. Pursuant to scope of work submitted and a city of chicago department of buildings elevator bureau inspection.

Modernize (3) three traction passsenger elevators #1 & #2 18-floors, #3 19-floors;new controllers, governors, motors,door operators interlocks lambda 3d car door hangers and tracks,load weighing, pit switches,c. O. P, p. I's,car direction lanterns,hall button stations, lobby hall p. I., and lobby panel. Sidewalk freight elevator provide new tank and hoistway door interlocks. Pursuant to scope of work submitted.

Replace light fixtures and cover plates in 3rd floor residential rooms.

Removereplace cabinets, countertops & plumbing fixtures and replace shower valves for 14 apartments on the 3rd. Floor,same location,same piping. Electrical permit # 10556825 issued 8 821 2014.

Removereplace wall branch plumbing in 13 3rd. Floor apartments. Update prior permit per inspectors request. Plumbing only. Per plans
