Install a new 200a rated service, 4 meter socket and 4 100a panels. Replace all switches, light fixtures and outlets. Pipe and rewire as needed where walls are opened to bring electrical system to code.

Building is a three floor, three unit multi-family residential structure and will remain the same. Attic level water heater leakage caused extensive damage to ceiling and wall plaster, hardwood floors and kitchen and bath cabinetry. Work to include the replacement of much of these listed items (all cabinetry, approximately half of plaster and hardwood) as well as small remodeling to add closets to rooms. Where plaster is being replaced, code compliant insulation will be installed. Electrical work will also be brought up to code as shown on the plans.(conditional permit subject to field inspections)
