Remove basement slab and replace with like in kind- pour new slab on crushed stone with steel wire and vapor barrier. No excavation of soil or excavation below foundation walls on this permit. Remove sheetrock and replace as per interior ez permits standards. No bedrooms in the basement. Reopen install 3 new windows in existing opeings with existing lintels. Complete an intial inspection prior to the start of work.

Sidewalk shelter platform, to be removed within 12 months as per historical commission. Repair any building connections with review by historical commission.

Replace the metal on front facade to match existing design, per attached drawing & photo. Painted dark color. (as approved by historical commission)
