Roof replacement.

Masonry front wall - remove existing front masonry wall. Replace with new 8 inch masonry wall, (4" brick & 4" block) on existing foundation. Windows and doors to comply with emergency egress standards per irc.. New door opening for 36 inch door. Flash roof to new front. Vertical reinforcement every 24 inches. Install returns into party walls for structural connection. Flash and seal roof. Install 2 x 4 frame wall, r-19 insulation and sheetrock on interior front wall for finish. Streets department sidewalk closure protection permit required no other work allowed under this permit. Call inspector for an intial inspection prior to the start of work

Stucco ront and back of dwelling and insterior alterations throughout as per ez standards -

8 square feet, interior demolition of non load bearing walls and ceilings only. No other work allowed under this permit. Separate permits required for renovation. No structural changes. Contact streets department for dumpster permit and footway closure permits.

Installation of water and drain lines for 1 w. C., 1 lav., 1 tub, 1 kitchen sink and 1 water heater and 1 laundry tub (all work must comply with the 2004 philadelphia plumbing code)

Complete re-wire- two story property with 100a service (15) circuit panel... In accordance with 2008 nec with a one family building

Install 80,0 btu with 2 ton a c and related duct work.
