Removal of existing front door and replace with new front door of the same dimensions. Removal of side light to the front dooe and replace with new side light of the same dimensions. Removal of sliding glass door with one fixd and movable openingand replace with a new sliding doo of the same dimensions. Sliding door is at the front of the property, second floor. The existing front door is warped and is not weaher tight and needs to be replaced as a maintenance item. The glass of the sliding door is frosted and cracked and no longer weather tight and needs to be replaced as a maintenance item. Work to be done in accordance with philadelphia historical commissions guidelines and approved plan.
