Demolition and re-construction of the side exterior wall on existing foundation with stucco facade; removal of steel lintel and column from the former storefront infrastructure; paint cornice. Replace metal coping as needed; stucco finish on existing brick along n 30th street at first level to original brick per submtted plan.

Replace defective wiring,light fixtures,switches,receptacles install hard wired smokes,gfci outlets in basement and bathroom. Remove replace wiring and devices required for any demo per 2008 nec (sfd)

Repair replace warm furnace and repair related ductwork. Remove replace ductwork required for any demolition.(sfd)

Repair replace water heater. Repair replace fixtures to include kitchen sink, 2 lavatories, shower and 2 toilets. Replace repair water supply piping to fixtures. Repair replace fixtures drain line and sanitary waste line - the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Interior alterations to include interior and exterior new kitchen and bath, drywall, framing and insulation replacement repair, sister repair of floor joists as required, exterior wall stucco repair install, window and door replacement in existing openings, subfloor tile repair, roof repair replacement, new finishes and painting. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties.
