Interior alterations throughout, to include drywall throughout, moisture resistant drywall in the bathroom and kitchen, new windows and doors in existing opening. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties. Note: contractor is listed as a "sole proprietor" and has no employees and or workers compensation insurance - all subcontractors require separate licenses and insurance separate permits required for plumbing, electrical and mechanical work

Install 1 amp service, replace outlets, switches, install gfi kitchen, bathroom (4), install 3 electrical smoke detectors as per 2008 nec (east dist)

Interior demolition of non load bearing walls and ceiling only. No demolition to fire rated assembiles. No other work allowed under this permit. Contact streets department for dumpster permit and footway closure.

Install 4 inch brick veneer on new concrete footing in front of existing masonry wall as per 2009 irc 703. 7. Maximum height: feet above foundation. Maximum thickness 5 inches. New wall shall be anchored to supporting wall with corrosion-resistant metal ties 24 inches on center horizontally and vertically. Provide 1 inch air space between walls. Provide weep holes and flashing above window and door openings. Provide capping, flashing and caulking at termination of wall to prevent water infiltration. An inspection of existing wall to be scheduled with inspector before work starts.
