The project consist of the addition of a new hoistway to the exterior of a previous application for the adobtive reuse of the existing building from instituteion into a mixed use facility of commercial and multi-family residential with 65 dwelling units. The first floor will be comprimised of the residential entry lobby, dwelling units and commercial space. The basement will be comprimised of residential use common amenity spaces mechanical areas and commercial space floors 2 thru 5 will be comprised of dwelling units.

Addition of a new 5 story elevator hoistway outside of the exisiting building envelope and reconfiguration of basement access egress stair areaways and reconfiguration of 1st thru 5th floors to accomodate new elevator opening as per plans.
