Install 1500 btu carrier heating system with 5 ton condensor not visible from street as per historical approval, 90% direct vented system. Installation of mechanical equipment. Installed as per manufactures specifications. Installation must meet the code requirements of the international mechanical code and the international energy conservation code.

Replace 8 front windows same size and location in existing openings(sfd)per historical commission approval.

Interior alterations to include interior framing non bearing partitions 1 2 inch drywall, replace interior doors and demoliton of non load bearing partitions and other cosmetics per historical approval and no work alterations to windows or exterior doors. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011.
