New 3" stack from basement. Re-rough full bathroom and set new fixtures: toilet, tub and lavatory

Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with the ez permit standard for alterations (attached) date february 2007. Deviation from this "standard" will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties. Work to include the removal of wall coverings and the installation of moisture resistant gypsum wallboard and backer board (hardie) where tile will be installed. Additional permits are required for plumbing and electrical work. These permits must be obtained by a contractor licensed in the city of philadelphia. No change in building height or area is permitted under this permit.
