Certified plans corrections: conditional permit subject to field inspections exterior rooftop deck for existing tenant only. Work includes tenant work:rooftop deck w pergola & trellis, replace access ladder w steel stair (4th level to roof), install new non combustible structural & decking members, millwork elements, doors & frames &partial height screen walls with electrical & plumbing per plans.
