For the erection of a canopy. Size and location as shown in the application. For the creation of a mechanical room within an existing structure, for the enlargement of the rear access corridor in the existing structure and for the reconfiguration of an existing parking lot with a new total of 153 spaces (including 7 handicap spaces) and two (2) loading spaces all as part of an existing shopping center with uses as previously approved.

Level ii alterations for fit-out of dollar general with new painting, new shelving fixtures new check out counters as per plan. Separate permit is required for m. E. P. S.
