The building permit is required to be posted on the job site at all times during the project. The permit shall be in a weathertight location or container accessible to the city inspectors during their inspections. Note!!! - the inspector will turn down an inspection if the permit, approved plans, and plan review comments are not on the jobsite. August 7, 2006 12:26:33 pm bdavis cumbow - old deck rusted through and broke - remove and replace with a two level deck plus a landing midway down stairs. Replacing back door on main level (leading onto deck) - replace basement window (by lower landing).; zoning site plan approved for deck addition to rear of an existing single family home. All other setbacks are to be measured from the property boundary lines.
