New construction: exterior & interior plumbing for a high rise structure which includes:restaurants on the 2nd floor & roof level; hotel lobby & business meeting space & hotel rooms on floors 3 through 14th floors are included in this permit. Included is a 8" sanitary sewer lateral; a 10" storm lateral and a 4" domestic water distribution service to the street mains, as well as a 4" backflow prevention containment assembly, on the main domestic water supply. Additional permits are required for the fit-out of the vacant retail spaces. The installation shall comply with the philadelphia plumbing code, 2004. Fuel gas piping is not part of this permit and requires a mechanical permit.

For the installation of a fire suppression system in accordance with nfpa 2007, standard 13 and 14 to include two (2) standpipe installations, proposed fire pump, two (2) 8-inch diameter service lines and a 8-inch diameter backflow prevention assembly. Service lines tapped from separate streets [broad st & locust st] to be manifolded at the fire pump room.

For the complete demolition of an existing attached ten (10) story parking garage structure by hand and mechanical methods to be monitored at all times a professional engineer licensed by the commonwealth of pennsylvania. All permitted demolition activity to be in accordance with approved site safety demolition plan & such plan to be maintained on site at all times in accordance with code bulletin b-1302. Full sidewalk closure required as reflected on approved site plan and in accordance with section 3306 of the ibc. Separate street closure permit required prior to start of work. Any deviation will require an amended building permit.

Furnish and install new roof mounted 60kw natural fired back-up generator to support exisitng rooftop mounted verizon wireless cell site including pressure booster pump on 10th floor.
