Modernize 6-stop north traction passenger elevator. New a c motor,controller, fixtures, rope gripper, bi-directional governor, adding basement landing, and new elevator cab. Pursuant to scope of work submitted.

Install new cross cancellation panel-new fixtures in car operating panel-south 6-stop traction passenger elevator. Pursuant to scope of work submitted.

Remove freight elevator from service. Pursuant to scope of work submitted.

Tuckpointing and brick replacement on south elevation only.

Erect 1 scaffold from 11 14 11 to 11 14 12

Self - cert demolition permit only no change to occupancy interior non- structural demolition work only the scope of work contained in these documents encompasses tenant improvements to approximately 10,7 square feet at 212 w superior street, 1st floor. This work will include demolition of non-structural partitions, doors and frames, electrical components, mechanical units, millwork, plumbing fixtures and finishes - per drawings. No modification to existing structure or building. Drawings will be submitted at later date for full scope of new work to be constructed.
