Alteration: interior plumbing for a 1st floor sit-down restaurant. The installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code, 2004. Fuel gas piping is not part of this permit. A mechanical permit is required. The condensate discharge from the reach-in freezer & refrigerator shall bee piped to an indirect waste, per code section p-1201. 1 (#1). Individual isolation backflow preventers are required: steam tables, ice makers, beverage dispensers, soda machines, juice dispensers, water filters, dishwashers, etc., per code sections table p-904. 7, p-806. 1. 1 of the philadelphia plumbing code, 2004 and code sections 608. 3 & table 608. 1 of the international plumbing code, 2009.
