Make safe permit to comply case # 574222, repair fire-damaged structure to include sistering of rear section of second floor joists (~7-6") and replacement of a section of rear roof joists above the second story portion (~13) with double 2 x 8s bearing in existing pockets on one side and with joist hangers at the opposing side - all work per engineers plan. Absolutely no interior fitout, partitions, insulation or other finish work included at this time, separate permit required for anything beyond make safe repairs

Ez permit standard alterations - for alterations to an existing one family dwelling as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans. Framing non-load bearing interior partitions, install gwb on ceilings and walls, tape & finish, install flooring, paint throughout and paint exterior. Separate permits required for plumbing, electric and hvac. Call inspector at district office at least 24 hours prior to starting work.
