Demolition by hand and full sidewalk closure required as reflected on approved site plan and in accordance with section 3306 of the ibc (safety zone is 3 feet). Separate street sidewalk closure permit to be obtained from streets department prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for all other work. Any deviation will require an amended building permit.
