Scaffolding for minor masonry repairs.

Advance seven soil borings for the collection of soil and groundwater sample to evaluate environmental conditions at 2101 wisconsin ave. Nw. The borings will be advanced to a maximum depth of 35 feet below the ground surface using geoprobe drilling techniques. Borings will be backfilled in accordance with ddoe requirements.

Replace existing entrance canopy (damaged by tour bus) with new canopy (metals and acrylic panels) utilizing existing columns. Replace damaged drywall in ceiling of drive through with lay-in tile and replace light fixtures

We will be covered with concrete pad and flush mount well cover.

Annulus will consist of 2 ft sand filter pack, 3ft bentonite permeability seal, and ft of bentonite-cement (60:40) grout. Well will be covered with concrete pad and flush mount well cover.

The existing building on the lot was built in 2 phases. The original 1977 wing has two sections - east and west - and there is a north wing that was added in 1980. As part of this scope, the east section of the building will be removed. The west section will be selectively demolished, leaving the west faade and concrete structure in place. The 19 north wing will be removed.
