For the installation of a one (1) inch combined service for a fire & domestic supply line for a single family dwelling (sfd); fire sprinkler system installation in accordance with nfpa 13d. Installation of fire sprinkler piping, sprinkler heads, & related piping appurtenances to be performed by a licensed fire suppression contractor in accordance with the philadelphia fire code.

3 toilets, 3 lavs, 2 tubs, 1 ks, 1 laundry, 1 shower(sfd)

Construction of a three story fully sprinkled slab on grade single family dwelling with one interior parking space and roof deck per submitted plan. Separate permit required for electric; plumbing mechanical and sprinkler system. Sealed engineered truss details are required to be submitted and approved by the department. A copy of that approval is required to be on the job site at the time of the initial framing inspection. Failure to do so will result in a stop work order.
