For the installation of one (1) ul 3 listed wet chemical extinguishing system in accordance with nfpa 17a & heiser protex ii documentation; existing suppression system to be safely removed & appropriately discarded prior to installation. Fire suppression system to serve one (1) commercial kitchen exhaust hood system in an existing restaurant. Installation of fire sprinkler piping, sprinkler heads, & related piping appurtenances to be performed by a licensed fire suppression system contractor in accordance with the philadelphia code. See ap# 423886 for application & approved plans.

For the installation of one (1) ul 7 listed commercial kitchen exhaust hood system, one (1) rooftop exhaust fan, one (1) make-up air rooftop fan, all associated supply exhaust ductwork, & proprietary grease duct enclosure system; to replace existing commercial kitchen exhaust hood system. Separate permit required for installation of fire supression system.
