Installation of automatic sprinkler system with two inch (2") service line, backflow prevention device and fire department connection in accordance with npfa 13 throughout a four (4) story structure with basement and pilot house roof deck (three (3) dwelling units). Separate permits required for all electrical and plumbing work.

Install fixtures & soil & waste pipes & curb trap,fai,lateral,water serv,yard drain self certification no longer accepted all trenches in excess of 5 ft must have approved shoring at the time of inspection.

Install (3) heat pump systems with ductwork (multi-fam)

For the erection of a four (4) story structure with roof deck and roof deck access structure; for use as a three (3) family dwelling. Foundation and underpinning to be in accordance with geotechnical report and underpinning plans. Entire building to be sprinklered per nfpa 13. Alarm system to be extended to roof deck and annunciating devices (horn and strobe) be located on the exterior at the roof deck level. All work shall be in accordance with approved plans.

Install 300amp service, 4-gang metered & sw, outlets, lighting & wiring as per nec 2008 (triplex) & install fire alarm system as per nfpa 72

For the erection of an attached structure w. Accessory roof deck & roof deck access structure; size & location as shown in approved plans. For use as household living for three (3) families.
