Rear addition and roof decks

Pour new concrete foundation and construct one (1) story wood frame rear addition with fire rated side wall, crawl space, ledgered framing, insulation, interior partitions and exterior door. Construct pressure treated roof decks with guard rails exterior spiral stair access and extend existing window opening to create door from third floor level. All work per engineers plans. Separate permits required for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.

3 square feet of interior alterations - single family dwelling - applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated feb. 2007. Deviations from this standard will result in the revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties. Licensed contractor to be listed on permit separate permits required for plumbing, electric and hvac. Call inspector at district office at least 24 hours prior to starting work.

Install 1 heatpump system 90,000btu with 3 1 2 ton a c with ductwork(sfd)

Install a 200amp svc, partial rewire, outlets, 8 switches, lilghts, 6-120v smokes and 15 new circuits as per 2008 nec (east district)
