Roofing restoration & repair to existing standing seam metal roof along the "cassidy wing" re-framing of the interior corridor ceiling below the "tb ward" area with wood lath & plaster finish to match adjacent surfaces. Install of "tower cam" exhibit into existing space adjacent to cellblock 4 construction of low platform,ramp and railings. Platform must be constructed of fire-retardant treated wood. Install of handrail for access to cellblock 14 "klondike" guided tours only with max visitation of 25 persons at one time.

Asbestos abatement to be competed prior to commencement of permitted work. Main building lawful occupancy (lo) not to exceed (400) as previously approved by dept. Via board of buildings standards (bbs) variance.

Add alternate for installation of radiant floor heating removed from contract.
