For the relocation of two (2) previously approved roof structures (platforms) for the housing of hvac equipment above the existing one story building, (size and location as shown in the application). Accessory to the existing assembly and entertainment.

For resolution of dept. Of l&i case# 404202 for level ii alterations to include the erection of exterior masonry frame wall w. Stucco finish @ rear egress lobby, alteration of exist. Roof assembly, exterior alteratios at sansom st. Facade, & structural alterations for floor framing & foundation system @ front lobby area. For an amendment of permit ap# 4574 to change elevation of 1st floor level, erection of additional toilet rooms, revision of accessible route throughout primary function area, erection of elevated floor framing, & for the issuance of a certificate of occupancy (co) for previously approved assembly theatre space; work area is not sprinklered. All permitted work in accordance with exterior elevations approved by phc dated 11. 12. 13.

Special event permit for philadelphia childrens film festival, nov. 15th-nov 17th, with an occupant load of 163 persons in accordance with attached variance of general application #0923-05. The structural engineer must certify that exterior masonry frame wall and alteration to floor framing & foundation system @ front lobby area were constructed according to plans dated 10 1 13 (sealed by daniel banks, p. E.) and structurally sound. Fire watch is required in accordance with variance of general application #0923-05.

For use as assembly & entertainment, as previously approved, in the same building as vacant upper floors; use registration permit required prior to occupancy.

For the erection of two (2) platforms above the existing roof to house future hvac units, (size and location as shown in the application). Platforms for future hvac units on the same lot with an existing motion picture theater.

Construct 2 mechanical equipment platforms above existing roof, as detailed per plans.
