Masonry front wall - remove existing front masonry wall. Replace with new 8 inch masonry wall on existing foundation. Windows and doors to comply with emergency egress standards per irc.. New door opening for 36 inch door. Flash roof to new front. Vertical reinforcement every 24 inches. Install returns into party walls for structural connection. Flash and seal roof. Install 2 x 4 frame wall, r-19 insulation and sheetrock on interior front wall for finish. No other work allowed under this permit. Schedule an intial inspection with the inspector prior to the start of work.

Shore up floor joists from basement to roof rafter, remove deteriorated west side brick wall and rebuild with new 8" cmu wall. Work to be completed as per attached engineers plan. Permit application in response to unsafe violations. To comply violation, completed work is to be inspected and approved as an appropriate repair to each violation. Engineers plan submitted. Licensed contractor to assume responsibility of work. No other work this permit. Separate permits required for renovation.
